Our results analysis services are grouped into two categories: "Descriptive" and
"Predictive". Descriptive analysis services "describe" the results of previous campaigns,
the condition of the database in general, and define the demographic characteristics of the
individuals within the database. We have three groups of Descriptive reports; Essential,
RFM, and Clustering & Profiling.
Essential Reports provide information such as response rates by campaign segment,
retention rates, campaign effectiveness, and list/package/offer-combination effectiveness.
The essential reports give a complete "snapshot" view of campaign effectiveness and
provide critical information and insight so one can quickly evaluate
a campaign's effectiveness.
Our RFM scores are calculated so you know the relative
health of your database and we help you identify changes in
these essential scores over time. Recency, Frequency, and
Monetary Value (RFM) measures have been used as essential
database measures since database marketing existed. The
basis of RFM is that those who have responded most recently,
most frequently and with the most money are your best
customers or donors.
Clustering and Profiling techniques are used to break a database
into smaller groups of like-minded individuals and then describe (or profile) those
smaller groups. We use a combination of statistical analysis and online surveys to define
the demographic characteristics of the individual clusters as well as their attitudes.
